menu & meals

  • The menu changes weekly and is available on our website from Sunday at 10 AM - Wednesday at noon.

    Select the meals you'd like and the sizes and then complete your checkout! You must create an account to complete your checkout, and you'll be able to save your card and contact info.

    Your meals will be available for pickup the NEXT Monday, which will be indicated at checkout as well.

    You'll be able to select where you'd like to pick your meals up at checkout. Currently, we have pickup locations in Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Scott City, and Perryville, MO.

  • We offer entrees, breakfast and snack options, and family meals.

    Entrees often come in one of two sizes - Classic or Lean.

    Classic meals are balanced with healthy carbohydrates, fats, and plenty of protein. They typically contain about 500+ calories, and it's what we recommend for most people.

    Lean meals are lower in carbohydrates, still with plenty of protein, and typically fall between 350-450 calories. We recommend these meals for those who like to snack throughout the day in addition to their meals or are looking for a lower carb, high protein option.

  • We list all common allergens under the description of each meal when the menu is up, and we list them on the label. If you have an allergy, please add a note to your order - EVEN if you are ordering a meal that does not list that allergen. We just like to be aware! If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

    Please note, all meals are prepared in a facility that contains all common allergens, such as milk, eggs, shellfish, peanuts, and more. Meals titled "gluten free" are made without any gluten-containing ingredients. They are still prepared in the same facility as gluten-containing meals.

Subscriptions

  • Subscribing to meals automatically creates an order for you week after week and saves you 5% on each order. You can log in and pause or edit your order during the menu time frame (Sunday at noon - Wednesday at 10 AM).

  • Yes. The minimum order requirement for a subscription is $40 before tax.

  • Once you’ve subscribed, we will select meals for you each week, and you can view the items we’ve selected for you at any time once the menu opens by logging into your account and clicking “My Subscriptions”.

    If you want to make no changes to the meals we’ve selected for you, do nothing!

    If you do want to make changes, you can edit your meals for the current week any time before 9 AM on Wednesday. How? Log in, go to your cart, then you can add, change, or remove items. When you’ve completed your edits, click UPDATE.

    You’ll also receive an email on Tuesday at 9 AM that prompts you to view the meals that will be ordered for you (it will reflect any edits you’ve made and saved previously).

    NOTE: Your card will not be charged until 9 AM on Wednesday of each week, and you will receive a confirmation email at that time. You will not receive a confirmation email when you make updates.

  • No worries! You can log into your account, click "My Subscriptions" and pause your subscription. It will remain paused until you log in and resume it.

  • If you forgot to make updates before your card was charged and you want to make changes to your order, you can contact us to make adjustments before the menu closes at noon on Wednesday.

Ordering & account info

  • No, there is no minimum order requirement for regular orders. However, for subscriptions there is a minimum order requirement of $40.

  • We recommend creating an account so you can save your card & contact info (which will save you lots of time each week!), however, you can check out as a guest if you'd prefer!

  • We can cancel and refund your order before noon on Wednesdays when our ordering window closes. After that window, please contact us and we can often offer you an account credit on a case-by-case basis.
