What makes a meal "balanced" anyway?

Nutritional balance isn't an exact science, however, there are a few things we prioritize when crafting each meal.


Most Americans aren't getting enough! We are sure to add at least one serving of fruits and/or vegetables into each meal. Fiber helps with digestive health, can help prevent heart disease, and keeps you fuller longer.


We are sure that each meal provides enough protein to make sure your meal "sticks" with you. The minimum amount of protein in any meal is 15 grams, however, most have 20 - 35 grams.


Contrary to many fad diets out there, carbohydrates ARE essential for good health. We make sure to prioritize whole grain, high-fiber carbohydrates whenever possible.


We often make homemade dressings, cook with olive oil, and use nuts and seeds to provide all kinds of heart-healthy fats; to limit fats that can harm the heart overtime, we limit animal fats and saturated fats.

How do I know what size to order?

This page contains the meal size descriptions and even a "Meal Size Questionnaire" form if you're still unsure. If you fill out the form, our dietitian will get back to you within 24 hours with a recommendation.

How do I place an order?

Simply select the options you'd like to purchase to pick up the following week and check out - all online!

There is no minimum or maximum order. However, buying over $100 in meals (before tax) qualifies you for our bulk discount. Just type BULK into the discount code slot at checkout.

When is the menu available?

The menu is available on our website from Sunday at 10:00AM until Wednesday at NOON weekly.

We are unable to accept any late orders. We often post extra meals on Facebook on Mondays if you miss the menu. 

When and where do I pick up my meals?

Your meals will be ready the next Monday for you to pick up. Our pick-up hours are 7-8:30 AM and 4-6:30 PM.

We are located at Old Orchard Fitness, 2630 Old Orchard Rd. in Jackson - right by the Cape/Jackson exit!

What if I don't like one ingredient in a meal, but the rest sounds great?

Many ingredients can be eliminated from a meal (ex. cheese on a salad), and we are more than happy to honor your requests whenever possible.

To eliminate an ingredient, please leave a note in the comment section of your order (ex. "Please no olives on the Mediterranean Salad").

If we have questions about your request or are unable to fulfill it, we will contact you as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have an allergy to an ingredient, please let us know if you order (ex. Instead of saying "Please no olives", say, "I'm allergic to olives!").

Are you allergy friendly?

Many common allergens are used in our facility, including dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, etc.

If you have an allergy and plan on ordering meals, please contact us first. While we do everything we can to prevent cross-contamination, it is incredibly helpful for us to be aware of any allergies ahead of time. Please note that all meals are prepared in a facility that also processes all common allergens, including milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and wheat.
