We have recently updated our meal sizes - please read below to see which size is suitable for you!

Full Plate

Our Full Plate size is perfect for most individuals who want healthy living to be a little more convenient and tasty! We also suggest the Full Plate to active individuals and athletes.

They provide plenty of protein and carbohydrates to give you energy, maintain and build muscle, and keep you full until your next meal. 

Average calorie range: 550-650 calories/meal

If you have previously enjoyed the Classic or Athlete size, we suggest ordering the Full Plate meals.

Special note for Athletes - yes! These meals still provide plenty of carbohydrates and protein for muscle repair and energy demands. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact Tori, our dietitian, at 573-517-8556.

Small Plate

The Small Plate is suitable for individuals who are looking for lighter options, or snack consistently throughout the day.

These options still provide plenty of protein to keep you full, with slightly less carbohydrates to help keep calories low. 

Average calorie range: 350-460 calories/meal

If you have previously enjoyed Lean meals, we suggest the Small Plate size.
